Jake Gosa, Director
Prior to retiring in 2007, Mr. Gosa served as chairman and chief executive of American Woodmark Corporation. He joined the company in 1991 as vice president of sales and marketing. In 1993 he was named chief operating officer, taking charge of day to day operations. He was named CEO in 1996. During his tenure the company was named to Forbes Best Small Companies List for 2001, 2002, 2003. At this time the company also grew from 200 to 850 million dollars in sales. Mr. Gosa served as a trustee of the Burke Mt. Academy and director for the Virginia Governor's Economic Development Commission. He is a 1972 graduate of The University of South Alabama Business School where he serves as executive in residence. Mr. Gosa was honorably discharged from the Us Army in 1969 as a 1st Lieutenant

Anne W. Velazquez, Director
Originally from the Pittsburgh, PA area, Anne attended Parsons College in Iowa. She was then employed by Delta Airlines and enjoyed a 34-year career as a Flight Attendant. During my tenure I worked in several different areas including In-Flight Service as an In-Flight Coordinator on both domestic and international flights. After retiring and relocating to Amelia Island, Anne has enjoyed her volunteer work- primarily with Baptist hospital, Nassau Humane Society, and especially Saint Michael Catholic Church.

Carl Michael Mayer, Director
Mr. Mayer has an extensive background in supporting not-for-profit organizations. As a Partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP( PwC), his clients included numerous educational and public service institutions, from Harvard and Stanford Universities to the Nature Conservancy and RAND Corporation, until his retirement in 2005. He has also been personally involved in the management and activities of community and alumni associations. Prior to joining PwC, Mr. Mayer served as a Captain in the U.S. Navy Supply Corps and retired in 1985. He is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame and the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. He is a licensed CPA in the Commonwealth of Virginia. Mr. Mayer and his wife, Deni, are residents of Amelia Island, FL. Their children and grandchildren live in Fairfax, VA and Redondo Beach, CA.

Pamela M. Stumpp, Director
Pamela Stumpp is a retired financial markets professional having 38 years of experience with major financial institutions participating in credit and debt capital markets including corporate finance, structured credit, securitization and asset portfolio management.
Ms. Stumpp was most recently Managing Director at BMO Capital Markets where she had oversight of a $10 billion portfolio of securitization transactions, and provided credit surveillance, risk reporting and administration on a separate structured pool of synthetic credit exposures in excess of $20 billion.
Prior to BMO, she was Managing Director and Chief Credit Officer of Corporate Finance at Moody’s Investors Service. Before Moody's, she worked at The Chase Manhattan Bank where she held various credit and management positions. Her undergraduate degree is from Drew University and she has an MBA Magna Cum Laude from NYU Stern School of Business.

Peter (Bo) Venerdi, Director
Bo is currently the President/CEO and co-owner of Global Protection Products and Cast Art International in Florida. Previously, he owned, managed and sold Pegasus Window Company in Phoenix, Arizona. He also has extensive experience in large corporate environments, having worked for Atrium Windows, American Woodmark, Fujitsu, and Deluxe Check Printers. Bo graduated from the University of San Diego with a degree in Economics. He has significant experience in team building, risk management, and process improvement. Bo developed and initiated the current youth altar serving program at St Michael church which includes, training, testing and promotion. He enjoys golf and chess. Bo and his wife, Lori, reside in Fernandina Beach, FL. They have two children. Ben who lives in Tampa, FL with his wife and sweet Emma who lives with them and manufactures joy.

Nathaniel Harris, Director
Nathaniel Harris, husband and adoptive father of three beautiful children, was born and raised in South Texas where he inherited his deep-rooted faith from his devoted Catholic family. A graduate of Texas A&M University in Corpus Christi, Texas, Nathaniel steadily climbed his way up in the oil and gas industry in the rich Permian Basin where he currently resides and owns a business through which he generously supports multiple charities. In his free time, Nathaniel coaches his children’s sports teams and mentors young men to help them become virtuous disciples for Christ. Nathaniel endeavors to live by 1 Corinthians 9:19, "Though I am free and belong to no man, I make myself a slave to every man, to win as many as possible.”

Dawn A. Lunt, Director
Dawn A. Lunt is President of Dawn A. Lunt, Inc., an accounting and tax practice in Fernandina Beach, Florida and has been in public accounting for over 26 years. She holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of North Florida. Dawn is or has been involved on the boards of numerous charitable non-profits in Northeast Florida to include: St. Michael Catholic Church; Isle of Eight Flags Shrimp Festival; American Business Women’s Association; Amelia Plantation Chapel; and Communities in Schools of Nassau County. She is also involved with The Community Foundation for Northeast Florida and United Way of Northeast Florida. Dawn has lived on Amelia Island for over 30 years, and has 2 adult children and 5 grandchildren.

Linda Mckamie, Director
Linda, after 13 blessed years, is retired as the Executive Director of Catholic Charites of Corpus Christi, Inc., and the Mother Teresa Shelter, Inc., in Corpus Christi, Texas, under the Diocese of Corpus Christi. Prior to being asked to manage these Corporations she was a long time business owner/operator of a document storage facility, as well as, industrial construction and maintenance businesses, along with her beloved husband, Gerald R. Mckamie, who has recently gone to be with Our Lord in Heaven. Linda, now is the owner/operator of a small cattle operation in South Texas. For many years, Linda, has delighted in caring for her Community and was so recognized by many Community Organizations who bestowed upon her awards, such as, the Jefferson Volunteer Award, Volunteer Center Star Award in the Category of Leadership, a YWCA Y Women in Careers honoree, Leadership Corpus Christi Class XXX, the 2018 Bishop Mulvey's Evangel Guadium Recognition and chosen for many leadership roles in her Community. My greatest delight and desire is to humbly serve Our Lord with the Grace of His Wisdom and Understanding and to bring His Love, Joy, Comfort and Blessings to others.
